How are the edges of the glass finished?
All tempered glass comes with seamed edges unless specified otherwise. Annealed glass has no edge work unless requested.
Do you ship?
Yes, we can ship via UPS for an additional cost. The maximum size we can ship with UPS is 24" x 36".
We also offer shipping through freight carriers, with costs calculated once the order is completed and crated. The shipping fee will then be added to the order.

Our lead times vary depending on the project, including factors like demand, supplies, and project size. Please note that lead times reflect the expected completion of production and do not include shipping time.

What are the smallest and largest sizes of glass you can temper?
The largest size we can temper is 59" wide by 120" long.
The smallest size we can temper is 5" x 5".
However, the smallest size we can polish is 4.5" x 4.5".

What thickness of glass do you temper?
We can temper any glass that is 1/8" or thicker, up to 1/2". We carry the following thicknesses: 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2".
Can I have my own glass tempered?
Yes, we can temper your specialty glass as long as it is at least 1/8" thick (up to 1/2") and no larger than 59" x 120".
What are your pick-up times for customers?
Our pick-up department is available Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Do you install or field measure?
Currently, we do not offer installation or field measuring services.
